Wild yeast
Wild yeast are naturally occurring single-cell spores that gather on grape
skins prior to harvesting. Some
wine makers prefer wild yeast, others prefer adding purchased yeasts to the juice.
Wine
That sometimes magnificent alcoholic beverage produced from
fermented grape
juice is known as wine, or as vino in Italy.
